BibNexus

“本研究使用 BibNexus 软件（版本号：v1.0.2）完成文献题录数据的管理与清洗[1]。BibNexus 是一款面向多数据库场景的题录数据管理工具，支持导入中国知网、万方、维普等平台导出的题录数据，并针对不同平台之间的数据格式差异进行统一规范化。具体处理流程如下：（1）在中国知网、万方、维普平台完成检索后，将题录文件批量导入 BibNexus；（2）设置从严格到宽松的多组查重条件（组合标题、作者、年份等字段），将判定为重复的文献移至 BibNexus 回收站；（3）逐条阅读题录的标题、摘要、关键词等信息，必要时查阅原文，将不符合纳入标准的题录移至回收站；（4）将最终保留的题录按 Web of Science 核心合集字段命名规范导出，以便 CiteSpace、VOSviewer 直接识别，用于文献计量分析与图谱绘制。”

"In this study, literature bibliographic data management and cleaning were conducted using the BibNexus software (version 1.0.2) [1]. BibNexus is a dedicated multi-database bibliographic data management tool that supports batch import of records exported from databases such as CNKI, Wanfang Data, and VIP, and standardizes format discrepancies across heterogeneous platforms. The specific data processing workflow was as follows: (1) following topic searches on CNKI, Wanfang, and VIP platforms, the raw bibliographic files were imported in batches into BibNexus; (2) multiple deduplication rules ranging from strict to relaxed (combining title, author, publication year, and other key fields) were configured to identify and move duplicate records to the BibNexus Recycle Bin; (3) titles, abstracts, and keywords of each record were systematically screened line by line, with original full texts consulted when necessary, to eliminate records that failed the inclusion criteria; and (4) the final retained records were exported following Web of Science Core Collection field specifications, enabling direct ingestion by CiteSpace and VOSviewer for subsequent bibliometric analysis and knowledge network visualization."
